Terms of Use

By downloading or using SleepBaby (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the store rules.
2. Purchases & Refunds
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (“Pro”) that unlocks advanced features. Transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; all refunds are subject to the respective store’s policy. A successful purchase receipt grants lifetime access on any device using the same store account.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App to create or play unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempts to derive the source code are prohibited except as allowed by law.
- You are responsible for any content (custom sounds) you import and distribute.
4. Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App you agree that we may process information as described therein.
5. Updates & Changes
We may release updates or modifications to the App. Continued use after an update signifies acceptance of the new version. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any feature without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the EU Digital Services Act, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.
9. Audio sources & attribution
Some sound effects and loops used in SleepBaby are sourced from freesound.org under their respective licenses.
