By downloading or using Deep Work Challenge Tracker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app is intended for personal productivity and habit support. You are responsible for how you use the app and for your own decisions.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of your data. Your records are stored locally on your device, and we do not collect user data.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase (for example freeze and advanced stats). Pricing and trial conditions are shown in-app.

5. Service availability

The app is provided "as is" and may change over time. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in Munich.
