By downloading or using Offly, you agree to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA):

Subscription terms

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (for subscriptions or one-time Pro unlocks).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.

Offly is designed for private, offline use. Please review the Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and exported.
