Privacy Policy

SnowStreak ("SnowStreak", "we", "us") is a pre-season ski training and ski day logging app. SnowStreak has no account and no backend of its own: your training progress, ski day log and settings are stored only on your device. This policy explains the little data that does leave the app, why, and what choices you have.

Data controller

SnowStreak is published by Mendi Tekstilwaren / Dilara Demir Caglar, Fauststrasse 44a, 81827 München, Germany. Contact: support@qrodesk.com.

No account, no sync

You do not sign up, sign in, or give us an email address to use SnowStreak. We never ask for your name, phone number or contacts. Everything you create in the app — completed sessions, your weekly streak, logged ski days, season pass details, season start date, language and reminder settings — is written to your device's local storage and stays there. It is not uploaded to us and it is not synced between devices.

What data we store on your device

Category Examples
Training data Which of the six program weeks and sessions you completed, chosen sport and level, your weekly streak.
Ski day log Date, resort name, conditions, rating and the note you type yourself for each ski day.
Season pass details The pass name, the price you paid and a typical day-ticket price you enter yourself, used to show your cost per ski day. We never see these figures and they are not payment data.
Preferences App language, season start date, reminder on/off and reminder time.

All of the above is local-only. Deleting the app, or using Settings → Reset all data, removes it permanently.

Subscriptions (the only data that leaves the app)

If you buy SnowStreak Premium, the purchase itself is handled entirely by the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. We never see your payment card, billing address or Apple/Google account password.

To check whether your purchase is active and to support Restore purchases, SnowStreak uses RevenueCat as its subscription service. RevenueCat receives the store receipt, a random app-generated installation identifier (not linked to your name or email), and basic technical details such as platform, app version and country as reported by the store. RevenueCat acts as our data processor; see RevenueCat's privacy policy. This is the only network connection SnowStreak makes.

What SnowStreak does not collect

Notifications

The optional training reminder is a local notification scheduled by your device at the time you choose. No notification content leaves your device and no push token is sent to us or to any server. You can turn reminders off in Settings, or revoke the permission in your system settings, at any time.

Sharing and exporting

Export CSV and the shareable recap image are created on your device and handed to your system share sheet only when you tap them. You choose where the file goes — mail, messages, files, or another app. We do not receive a copy.

Data retention

Because we hold no account, we have nothing to retain about you. Your local data lives as long as the app is installed. RevenueCat keeps purchase records for as long as needed to honour your subscription and to meet tax and accounting obligations.

Deleting your data

Use Settings → Reset all data in the app, or uninstall SnowStreak, to erase everything stored locally. To request deletion of the purchase records associated with your installation, email support@qrodesk.com with the approximate purchase date, store (App Store or Google Play) and device model; we will delete what we hold and confirm by email.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at support@qrodesk.com to exercise any of these rights.

Children's privacy

SnowStreak is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

Local data is protected by your device's own storage protections and passcode. The subscription check runs over an encrypted connection (TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we keep the data surface deliberately small.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as SnowStreak evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
