Common questions
How do I restore my purchase?
Open SnowStreak, go to Settings → Restore purchases, and confirm with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase. The purchase screen has a Restore button too.
I got a new phone. Where is my training progress and ski day log?
SnowStreak has no account and no cloud sync — your progress and ski days are stored only on the device you logged them on, so they do not move to a new phone by themselves. A full device transfer or an iCloud / Google device backup restore brings them across; a fresh install starts empty. Your purchase, however, always comes back with Restore purchases.
What is free and what does Premium unlock?
Free: all of week 1 of the program and up to five logged ski days. Premium: weeks 2–6, an unlimited ski day log, pass cost per day with the season recap card, and CSV export. It comes either as Season Pass (yearly subscription, 7-day free trial) or Lifetime (one-time purchase).
How do I cancel the Season Pass (or the free trial)?
On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling during the 7-day trial means you are never charged. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and Lifetime is a one-time purchase that never renews.
The sessions feel too hard (or too easy).
Every session has a beginner and an advanced version — switch Settings → Level. Beginner swaps the jumping work for a controlled tempo version. Stop if anything hurts, and check with a doctor before starting if you have had a knee injury.
How do I export or delete my data?
Settings → Export ski days (CSV) (Premium) hands your ski day log to the share sheet so you can mail or save it. Settings → Reset all data erases everything stored on the device, permanently — there is no server copy to restore from.
Where can I download the app?
iOS: SnowStreak on the App Store. The Google Play link will be added here once the Android app is published.
