Service scope

WortJagd is a German vocabulary game for iOS and Android. It offers a free daily puzzle, practice runs, arcade modes and progress tracking. All vocabulary ships with the app and progress is stored on your device.

Learning content

WortJagd is a learning aid. We review the vocabulary and translations carefully, but we do not guarantee that every word, article, plural or translation is complete or error-free, or that using the app leads to a particular exam result or language level.

Free features

The daily puzzle is free. Practice runs and each arcade mode include a limited number of free runs per day, and the profession can be changed once without a subscription. Feature availability may change over time; we will not remove access you have already paid for during an active subscription period.

Subscriptions

WortJagd Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, billed through the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android — whichever platform you subscribed on. If an introductory offer is available for your account, a free trial is shown in the app before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Restore purchases is available in the app.

On iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Your data

Your progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes that progress unless it is contained in your own device backup. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

• Use WortJagd for personal learning and in line with applicable law.
• Do not copy, extract or redistribute the app's vocabulary database.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app or bypass its purchase checks.

Disclaimer of warranties

WortJagd is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the loss of locally stored progress. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as WortJagd evolves. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
